Welcome to your successful booking! We’re thrilled at the opportunity to boost your online presence. However, if you’ve opted for one of our bundles, please read on for essential information to kickstart your journey.

Getting Started with Your Bundle:

Step 1 – Listing Bot:

  • First things first – Please take a moment to fill out your Listing Bot. This is crucial for us to gather all necessary information to create a draft of your listing and inform our photography/videography team about your session details.

Step 2 – If You’ve Purchased the Social Bundle:

  • Go to your property you are listing and pick 3 things in the home that you absolutely love, record yourself talking about them (selfie style)
  • Then Share Your Selfie Video, Choose One of the Following Methods:
    • Preferred Option: Upload your files easily via our File Upload Form. Just log in with your Gmail account to access.
    • Option 2: Message us your video on Facebook.
    • Option 3: Send a your video on WhatsApp to +1 (509) 948-1850.
    • Alternatively, use your favorite file sharing app (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) if you find that easier.

Managing Your Booking

  • Need to Reschedule? No problem. You can reschedule your booking at any time by finding the event in your Google Calendar. Open the event and click on “Reschedule” at the bottom of the event description.
  • Direct Communication: For any inquiries or specific needs, you’ll find the contact information for your photographer/videographer by accessing the event in your Google Calendar and scrolling down in the event description.
